Contractual Flexibility

Our goal is to provide convenient, flexible contract options to address the widest range of budget needs. Here’s how it works:

  1. The service is made available to you on a month to month instalment system
  2. The monthly instalment is fixed regardless of the number of users on the system
  3. Incase of termination you will be required to give a month’s notice

Are there any setup fees?

Yes, there is a once-off set up fee. This fee is variable depending with the structure of an organisation. Churches with more branches will benefit from a discounted set-up fee.

Do we pay Monthly license fee?

Yes, you will be required to pay a monthly license fee. This fee covers system maintenance and upgrades, system security, training, user support and information hosting.

What is covered in the monthly license fee?

The monthly fee covers the following issues

  1. Information hosting and security
  2. System maintenance
  3. System upgrades
  4. Support
  5. Training

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Wire transfers, EFT, Ecocash,One wallet, telecash, E-wallet and cash.

What is your most preferred method of payment?

Our most preferred method pf payment is through Debit Order.

How do we purchase SMS?

To purchase SMS please make a deposit to our account. An SMS cost 32c/SMS and the recommended minimum purchase if 500 SMS. Please see the banking details

What happens if I am unable to pay for my installments?

The first step is to communicate with your account manager if you are having any challenges and make a payment arrangement. However, if the problem is long term and can’t be resolved your access to Disciplesoft will be terminated.

Are there any interests charged on late payments?

No, we do not charge interest on late payment. We however strongly encourage clients not on Debit Orders to communicate ahead of time of they have challenges.

Can l pay in monthly license fees in advance?

Indeed, you can pay monthly license fees in advance. If you pay bi-annually you will get a discount of 1-month installment and if you pay annually you will get a discount of 2 months installments.

Do your monthly license fee increase?

Our license fee does not increase. However, if there will be an increase it will be inflationary related and will be guided by the Reserve bank of the relevant country. This increase will be communicated to you 3 months before the increase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you need will be required to send a formal communication through an email. You will serve a month’s notice after which your contract will be cancelled.

Is there a Service Level Agreement in place to govern our relationship?

Yes, we have a Service Level Agreement which will be made available to you.

Do we have to pay for updates?

No. You are subscribing for a service, not purchasing a product. The benefit of that is that you have the latest features, even minor tweaks, the minute they are released. This access and ease of use is the beauty of web-based software!

Why is your price so low?

Larger churches will occasionally ask why our price is so low. Typically they’ve been paying a lot more per year for their current solution yet when they compare features, Disciplesoft does everything they need. It leaves them wondering if this is too good to be true or if they’re missing something.

Why is your price so high?

Other churches find themselves at the opposite end of the spectrum, wishing DiscipleSoft would fit into their budget a bit easier .There’s three areas we specifically want to provide amazing value (i.e. reasons for our pricing):

  1. Continued Updates: We update Disciplesoft more constantly listening to the users concerns so that we can give our clients the best experience.
  2. Incredible Customer Support: While we’ve designed Disciplesoft to be as easy-to-use as possible, we recognize that sometimes churches really like to just pick up the phone and have a conversation or write an email or chat with us.
  3. Rock Solid Infrastructure: We know access to your data when you need it is important and so we monitor site performance and update when necessary to ensure things are working perfectly.

What are the extra and hidden fees?

None whatsoever. In fact the only way you can have your bill above the stipulated monthly fee is related to SMS which we charge separately.
