Overview
The Admin Management Module is divided into the following:
1. Contacts Database
2. Leadership Tracking
3. Depository Reports
The Admin Management Module, is accessed from the menu to the left by putting your cursor on Admin Management Module.
How to Add an Assembly
Step 1: From the Admin Management Module, select Contact Database
Step 2: Click on Add Assembly
Step 3: Simply enter all the required fields on General Information and Location Information and click Save Assembly
Leadership Tracking
Leadership Tracking gives you the ability to track key leaders in your church by putting them in a database. The leaders are divided into local leaders and ministers. Each organisation will decide the key leadership positions they would like to track. With this functionality you can track their appointment, tenure and termination.
How to Add a Local Leader
Step 1: Click on Add Local Leader
Step 2: Complete all the fields and click on Save
How to Add a Minister
Step 1: Click on Add Minister, complete form and Save
How to Deploy a Minister
For organisations with multiple branches, there is need for a systematic way of deploying ministers at the same time keeping track of their movement from one deployment to another.
Step 1: Click on Ministers Deployment as shown below
Step 2: Complete the form and click Deploy to save
Depository Reports
Depository reports are a collection of reports that provide valuable insight on the organisation’s branches. See below, a screenshot of the branch depository reports we have on the system.
