Step 5: Kick-Start Onboarding
Once all the steps above have been appropriately accomplished, it’s time for the onboarding process to be officially launched. Your account manager will help you determine the appropriate time to launch. The launch should be coordinated to ensure that all the key functions have selected their teams and have been trained.
Step 6: Monitor Progress
Monitoring of progress is a process that helps improve the teams’ performance and achieve desired results within the 10-week period. This monitoring process is a continuous assessment that aims at providing all stakeholders with detailed information on the progress or delay of the ongoing assessed activities. The Implementation module in Pulse plays a critical role in this regard. Throughout the 10 weeks, your teams will receive weekly progress feedback categorised by function. We believe that good planning, combined with this continuous monitoring, can play a major role in enhancing the effectiveness of the implementation process.
Step 7 Sign-Off Onboarding
At the end of the 10-week period, your account manager will evaluate if all the milestones have been appropriately completed. If there is a need for any remedial action the account manager will make recommendations. When successfully executed, the onboarding process will set a strong foundation for your church to benefit from the powerful features and functionality in our solutions.
