Why Onboarding
The onboarding process is very critical because it builds a foundation for the successful implementation of DiscipleSoft. In our experience, we have observed that most clients fail to make progress with our solutions NOT because the solutions are not useful or do not have the capability to solve their problems. They fail to make progress because they feel like it takes a lot of effort for them to start getting results from the solutions. This is the major reason why we have the onboarding process. Onboarding is laser-focused on ensuring that you derive the core value in a short period of time. One way of achieving this is to focus on core features first during the onboarding process. Then more advanced features will follow.
The full spectrum of our solutions is broad and comprehensive. It will take a considerable period of time for any church to fully exhaust the functionality and features. Post onboarding the focus will be on these complex and deep functionalities and features. But during onboarding, the core functionalities that will put your church on the path of growth will be the focal point. The onboarding process is managed through the 7 steps shown below;
1. Select Functional Leaders
2. Select Support Teams
3. Establish Milestones
4. User Training
5. Kick-Start Onboarding
6. Continuous Monitoring of Progress
7. Sign-Off Onboarding
The next section will address the support that you will receive during the onboarding to ensure that the process is successful.
